job detailsWe are seeking a Temporary Credentials Coordinator or Medical Staff Coordinator for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in medical staff services and hold one or both certifications: CPCS or CPMSM.Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar role
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in MD-Staff software and Microsoft Office
Solid organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Coordinate medical staff functions, including:
Credentialing support
Focused and ongoing professional practice evaluations (FPPE/OPPE)
Continuing medical education processes
Expirable tracking and verification processes
General office support to ensure smooth Medical Staff Services operations
Support committee meetings and maintain strict confidentiality of records
Ensure compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, and pertinent policies
Maintain knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS standards, Title 22 regulations, and case law relevant to Medical Staff Services
