OverviewAt Intuit, we are at the forefront of transforming how software is built through the innovative use of generative AI. We believe good AI can’t exist without good content, which is why we’re looking for a Staff Content Architect to join our Content Systems team. In this role, you’ll create and implement structured content and metadata strategies across the company, with a focus on semantic tools like taxonomy, ontology, and knowledge graphs for contentmanagement and generative AI systems.What you'll bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Library Science, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven track record in metadata strategy, content management systems, taxonomy, ontology, and knowledge graphs
Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, prompting, and their applications in content creation and management
Knowledge of ontology standards such as Schema.org, SKOS, ISO, BFO, and linked data
Preferred experience with tools such as PoolParty, Neo4j or other graph database software, Phrase string management, Figma
Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Strategic and analytical systems thinker with the ability to solve complex problems
Familiarity with machine learning, NLP, and related technologies
Previous experience in a technology-forward, fast-paced environment is preferred
How you will leadYou will be a mentor, advocate, and partner in reimagining the contribution of content to products and to our business processes:
Subject matter expertise: Advocate for the integration of ontology, taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge graphs across various departments within the company
Education: Educate and influence the design and technical communities on the significance and implementation of structured content and metadata
Strategy creation: Develop and execute strategies for structured content that align with Generative AI applications and other relevant technologies
Build new partnerships: Collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders and various teams across the company to foster partnerships and drive innovation
Content systems: Identify and manage scalable solutions for content and metadata strategy. Develop and educate others on best information practices and standards in service to content management scalability and generative applications
Industry trends: Maintain an acute awareness of industry trends, information standards, and internal projects. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for innovation and influence GenAI content strategies and user experiences
