Description We have an amazing opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Administrator! Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and helping people, while working on multiple engaging projects? Then we have a position for you! This opening is based out of Oakland, CA for an affordable housing company.Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Experience in affordable housing and/or property management is preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with Yardi is a plus.
Certificates, Licenses & Registrations:
Fair Housing Certification or attainment within one year of hire.
Current Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), or attainment within one year of hire
Requirements
Experience working in affordable housing/Section 8 housing preferred.
Compliance: Tracking applicants to ensure they are income-qualified and meet income requirements for each site.
Tech savvy - knowing how to input data into Excel and search for items as well.
Good communication skills
