In this role, you will be behind our payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the timely processing and issuance of employee paychecks and earnings statements.
Calculate wages and deductions accurately and input data into HRIS and other relevant systems.
Address and resolve employee questions and concerns related to payroll matters.
Generate comprehensive reports on payroll activities, including GLs and reimbursements.
Collaborate closely with benefit providers to administer company benefits effectively.
Respond to inquiries from managers and employees regarding benefits provisions, enrollments, status changes, and other related matters.
Assist with the open enrollment process to ensure smooth and efficient administration of benefits.
Requirements
High proficiency in payroll processing.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial markets
