Works closely with other accounting staff, purchasing, and receiving.
Full-Time Position in our office | Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Job Description
The Accountant a member of the Finance department, ensuring timely and accurate entry of high-volume AP and AR transactions.
Responsibilities
Prepare invoices.
Quick Books Entry.
AP invoice entry.
AR deposit entry.
Credit card transaction entry with receipt matching.
Scanning and uploading documents.
Mailing weekly AP checks.
Other administrative and accounting duties as needed.

Schedule: We are open Monday to Friday during regular business hours. The Accountant schedule would need to fit within that schedule.
