Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic Financial Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations across our brands. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring effective cash management. As a vital member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute significantly to our financial strategies.

Responsibilities:

Payment Processing & Management: Ensure timely processing of payments, managing late payments and discrepancies effectively.

Sub-contractor Payments: Oversee and ensure punctual payments to sub-contractors.

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain precise financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, leveraging accounting software and spreadsheets.

Invoice Processing: Handle vendor invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Accounts Reconciliation: Resolve financial discrepancies through detailed account analysis, ensuring integrity in financial reporting.

Financial Reporting: Support in preparing key financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) to aid decision-making.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and support company objectives.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Keen attention to detail in financial record-keeping.

Bilingual: English and Spanish communication skills preferred but not necessary.

Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Prior accounting or finance experience is highly valued.

Job Specifics:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
