Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Event Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in hospitality and possess expertise in various cooking techniques and presentations. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food production for events AND at events.
Duties
-PRODUCING EVENTS!
-The primary duties are to help plan, prep + execute events. Ranging from drop offs to plated dinners to cocktail parties to large gala events.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment
- Strong knowledge of various culinary styles, techniques + presentations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is a plus
