We are an energetic, fast-paced mortgage sales company looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lively environment, takes initiative, and loves keeping things organized — while also gaining hands-on mortgage industry experience.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Includes a one-hour lunch break
What You’ll Do:
- Arrive daily at 9:00 AM to get the office ready for the day
- Assist executives with daily tasks and projects
- Keep the office tidy, organized, and running smoothly
- Follow and enforce company procedures
- Track supplies, schedules, and priorities
- Handle one-off assignments and special projects as needed
- Work with initial disclosures, manage loan pipelines, and stay on top of CRM systems
Learn the ins and outs of the mortgage industry by supporting active loan files and sales operations

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma required
- Office experience preferred, but not necessary – we’ll train the right person
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
- Must be a self-starter who uses ChatGPT (and similar tools) to figure things out and solve problems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Positive energy and a team-player attitude
