Job Duties:
Bookkeeping/Accounting
· Reconciling cash, bank & credit card accounts and revenues
· Adjusting journal entries
· Preparing sales and use tax return
· Payroll reconciliation
Tax Preparation
· Preparation of individual and business tax returns
· Experience in Lacerte, QBO, and excel a plus
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of progressive tax and accounting experience at a CPA firm
· Accounting degree
· Ability to multi-task and work independently
· Must be detail oriented
· Required to pass a background check.
