National HVACR Company who provides service to “Retail” Stores and similar commercial clients nationwide.
Our Company is currently searching for a professional with a minimum of 3 years of dispatch/customer service experience.
We’d prefer a HVACR background, but will consider experience in other similar trades, such as plumbing, electrical, etc.
Responsibilities include, receiving and scheduling customer service requests nationwide,
assigning contractors, and coordinating thru completion.
Must have extensive outside call experience, organizational and coordinating, customer relations, experience. Must have software and data entry experience.
Will work remotely from home and will be required to assist in On-Call some weekends with compensation, if needed.
