Roberts & Associates, CPAs, a busy Roseville based CPA firm, is currently looking for an administrative assistant who possesses an enthusiastic, positive, confident, and caring attitude to join our team.
HOURS:
Flexible Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8-5 January - April
Monday – Thursday 9-3 remainder of the year
Start date: As soon as possible.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include, but not limited to:
Work and grow alongside the team to provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors; Greet both in person and on the phone in a professional manner
Maintain the day to day operations of the front office
Manage incoming and outgoing client information; Maintain appointments and calendars for office staff
Assist supervisor with various special projects; be a vital part of the team by working together with co-workers toward a common goal
Light bookkeeping to assist in our accounting department
POSITION SKILLS PREFERRED:
Maintain a high degree of integrity; personal responsibility; and be able to work unsupervised and independently
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of basic Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent organizational skills
