with precision, safety, and integrity.
We are currently seeking a full-time Auto Body Paint Prepper to join our
specialized team in Rocklin.
Responsibilities
Assist lead painters in preparing vehicles for paint work.
Follow OEM, PPG, and iCrash procedures to ensure repairs meet factory standards.
Mix, match, and prepare paint colors for application.
Manage paint and materials inventory efficiently to control costs.
Sand, mask, prime, and prepare surfaces for refinishing.
Remove masking and prepare vehicles for reassembly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant paint booth environment.
Adhere to OSHA and hazardous waste disposal regulations.
Collaborate with production team to meet quality and delivery timelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum age: 18 years old.
Valid California driver’s license required.

Physical ability to lift/move up to 20 lbs.
