Robert James Collection located in Chula Vista Ca, is searching for a positive, driven, Customer Service Representative. Join a close-knit team that thrives on delivering customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Become knowledgeable with our line of products, services, and operating systems to fully serve our professional
Interior Designer customer base
Answer incoming calls
Respond to new customer inquiries via email and phone
Status customers sales orders daily to ensure we meet completion commitments. Communicate to customers in
advance of any delays
Enter new sales orders and forward to production
Liaison with customers and quote department on custom quotes
Manage customer base in operating system
Follow up with customers quotes and samples sent to ensure they received and have everything they need to
proceed with an order
Follow up with customers after the order ships to ensure their expectations were met
Qualifications:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills mandatory
Proficient with Excel; Word; and MAS 90 / 200 a bonus. Ability to quickly learn new software systems
Minimum 2 years experience in Customer service / sales, experience within the furniture, Interior Design or similar
industries a bonus
Self-starter who takes responsibility for their work and is detail orientated
Compensation:
