Position Description:
Earthlite's high end spa brands, Living Earth Crafts and Continuum Pedicure Spas, have an immediate opening for a motivated, energetic professional to join our team! This position will focus on strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and solutions mind-set. The Client Service Associate will become the junior member of an intimate and close-knit sales team, orchestrating execution of set tasks and activities to support the sales team. Customer service, order entry, shipping logistics, as well as administrative and clerical tasks. An ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must.
Position Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word. Great Plains Dynamics and Microsoft CRM a plus.
· Consistent, punctual, and regular attendance.
· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.
· Consistent follow up, organization and task completion in a timely manner is essential.
· Prepare, process, and maintain orders, ensuring up to date - Data entry.
· Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately and ensure phones are answered in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
· Ensures our clients are serviced and cared for in a timely manner and expectations are controlled through consistent communication.
· Retain up to date knowledge of company products.
· Establish and maintain client relationships.
· Appropriately identify and escalate customer issues.
