Looking for a full-time Personal/commercial Lines CSSR but can accommodate about 30 hours a week if needed.
We are a growing, high-energy agency seeking a full-time customer service/sales rep.
The job will include servicing existing accounts along with growing and contacting new ones, sales and customer service skills are very important.
We need a motivated customer service representative to join our team. Our office is located in Rancho Penasquitos. The agency is looking for a dedicated and motivated person. Along with an individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with others, and enjoys helping people.
Your primary tasks would be:
Answering phones
Writing all lines of insurance business with new and existing clients
Taking payments from customers who call in or walk in the office and calling on late pays and cancellation notices.
Faxing/emailing/Scanning
Outgoing calls to customers and/or leads and referrals
Various other miscellaneous duties as you become trained
Qualifications should include:
California P and C insurance license will be required before starting. We can help you get your license if needed.
Customer service skills including excellent phone etiquette
Knowledge of computers and Microsoft programs
Multi-task and problem-solving skills
Great organizational skills / Sales oriented
Must pass the Farmers Insurance background check
Starting pay will vary depending on experience PLUS COMMISSIONS, BONUSES, and the opportunity for growth.
