Herring Networks is looking for a Customer Service Representative that will be answering the phone to assist with any issues customers are having with any of our products. We are looking for someone with Charisma, great speaking skills, and able to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment.
