Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to work with our Sales Department and Production staff. If you are a motivated, dedicated worker with a great attitude and experienced in Customer Service - contact us.
This Customer Service position will work closely with the Sales Department and Production Lead to ensure all inquiries are handled to HRE's high standards. Growth potential is available as our company grows - your aptitude and attitude is all you need to succeed!
Duties include but not limited to:
Provide exceptional customer service
Assist customers with inquiries and product information
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products of services
Assist in answering high volume, multi-line phone system, and directing to appropriate departments
All things Customer Service EG. (order status, shipping info, sending confirmations to customers, filing Fed Ed, UPS Claims etc.
Inspect inbound returned goods and fill out inspection reports
Generate detailed quotes based off inspection reports
Review customer or client accounts providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service
Data entry
Keeping office areas clean/organized Other administrative support as necessary/requested
Requirements:
Type 50+ WPM
Knowledge of MS Office, CRM’s, & ERP databases
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency
Professional, Customer First attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication
Be able to organize, prioritize and multi-task to complete daily tasks with minimum supervision
Have the ability to use independent judgment when needed
Be dedicated, motivated, and have a strong work ethic
Be responsible, punctual and dependable
Ability to bend and lift 50lbs
