TC Construction Company has a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager and /or Estimator.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Estimating or managing projects with Wet Utility scope
Experience in Public Works as well as private construction projects
Knowledge of industry standards and specifications for Wet Utilities
CPM scheduling
Proficiency and knowledge with performing take offs
Estimating programs (HCSS HeavyBid a plus)
Coordinating with owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors
Scheduling material deliveries
Job costing, budgeting, creating and managing CO's, RFI's, PO's
Experience managing a diverse group of subcontractors and suppliers
