What you will be doing:
Act as the primary liaison between program participants and ICF.
Collect and manage all project installation reports and documentation.
Coordinate scheduling and updates with participants.
Provide individualized support to each household, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
Work closely with trade allies to manage installation and QA/QC processes.
Manage incentive layering coordination and follow-up surveys.
Engage with participants for ongoing program support, including maintenance and tenant protection issues.
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience in equipment or technology sales, engineering, and/or energy efficiency OR
6+ years’ experience in equipment or technology sales, engineering, and/or energy efficiency
Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
