We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want YOU to join our team!What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for coordinating the advanced training recruitment, marketing, scheduling and reviewing all applicants and applicant qualifications, in compliance with government and management directives.Essential Functions:

Promote and recruit students to enter advanced career training programs after completing after completing their basic Career Technical Training (CTT), including enrollment in college.

Assist student in attaining financial aid, monitor student progress while enrolled, and provide support services.

Develop high quality marketing materials to recruit from all Job Corps Centers.

Conduct interviews with student applicants to understand their skill capabilities and if they meet standards requirements.

Coordinate with center national training contractors to obtain recruitment support from them.

Participate in the CTT loading meetings weekly to provide input to CTT managers on student loading into programs.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Five (5) years of experience in teaching.

A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
