Job Description: Alvarado Parkway Institute is seeking a qualified registered clinician to join our team as a Full-Time Behavioral Health Therapist for our Outpatient Services Program in San Diego! The successful candidate will have sound clinical experience in the facilitation of group psychotherapy, can provide brief solution-focused individual psychotherapy and have excellent documentation skills. Familiarity in developing treatment plans, self-harm intervention plans, and conducting psychosocial assessments preferred. The San Diego location serves an adult population of consumers living with severe and persistent mental illness. The multi-disciplinary treatment team provides recovery-oriented treatment in a patient-centered, success-oriented approach. Persons served also include those with trauma and abuse, and people who may be navigating an intellectual disability and a co-occurring mental health issue. This is a Full-Time, Monday thru Friday position. QualificationsQualifications:

Masters degree in social work, psychology, or equivalent master's degree in a recognized mental health field.

Registration (ASW, AMFT, APCC) or Licensed with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology is required.

Skilled in case management and time management.

Accreditation/Survey Readiness, QA audits/detailed corrective action plan audits. Manages HHCAHPS distribution in SHP. Emergency Preparedness Planning- Activation of EPP, Post Activation Reporting & Ongoing Event Monitoring and Reporting. Qualifications Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state Possess and maintain CPR certification Previous experience in home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience, preferred Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
