Contracts Support SpecialistAs a Contracts Support Specialist II, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, company sales and/or 3rd party vendors to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.Your role:

Build effective Vendor Relationships to facilitate a smooth contracting & accounts payable process for all subcontracts.

Assist field teams with vendor quotations & contract features as necessary to accelerate the contracting process.

Manage the cancellation of subcontract purchase orders to minimize the business impact

Consult with Field Service Leadership, Procurement, Vendors & Ops Management regarding status of pending requests and escalating any issues.

Work with Field Operations and MV Operations to provide accurate margin data that supports the creation of a long term contract by situation.

Ensure all approval and contract documentation is complete and correctly stored within the required systems and entered in SAP.

Manage all blocked/parked reports from AP.

Partner with purchased services and field teams to ensure that we are PM compliant where it is related to a long term contract and the entitlements that are created from this process.

Regularly communicates with customers/partners to drive solutions and maintain satisfaction.

May perform other related duties as assigned.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

3+ years of purchasing experience which should include some level of supervision.

The ideal candidate is a strong independent contributor that works well in a team environment.

The candidate is also proactive, has strong leadership, demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, is detail-oriented and has experience in supporting a high-volume sales team.

Passion for customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous development.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word and Excel).

Strong working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce.com, PVC or other Voice Cloud Systems with the ability to ensure department readiness for FDA, internal audits, and ICS compliance is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with a high sense of urgency and follow-through to delight internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, advocating change, with a positive attitude.

Strong organizational skills and aptitude for detail.

Proven ability to use good judgment and make confident decisions under defined policies and procedures.

Extensive knowledge of Philips Healthcare products and industry standards.

Independent operator who can make decisions that meet the departmental goals and intent without constant supervision while in a remote environment.

Shift expectation at minimum, evenings, possibly to include weekends.

Overtime as required to meet business demands.

Intermediate math skills and business acumen.

P hilips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position is $18.85to $32.31 hourly. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
