Job Summary Develops and maintains internal working documents, reports, briefings for management and other stakeholders, and other required documentation that may or may not be delivered to stakeholders. Develops and manages operations and/or develops and updates planning documentation, including program and project management plans, financial documentation (i.e., budget estimates, cost estimates, spend plans, financial reports), staffing plans, Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM), work breakdown structures, configuration management and control, risk management plans, risk registers, risk matrices, quality plans and procedures, item databases, file storage, and archives. Provides services required for successful meeting planning and execution. These meetings may range from local NIWC Pacific meetings to inter-office meetings between NIWC Pacific, program sponsors, and other stakeholders at various government levels and locations around the world. Provides meeting services in participation and facilitation. Participation in or facilitating meetings may include coordination of meetings and participants, reservation of meeting room, announcing meeting through electronic invitations, developing agenda items, distribution of agenda, developing or updating presentation material or documents, documenting meeting minutes, distribution of meeting minutes, tracking action items tracking requests for information, monitoring and reporting when it is time to move to the next agenda item during the meeting, recommending strategies, policies, doctrine, tactics, and procedures based on expert opinion, prior experience, and analysis of available information. Generates Monthly Status Reports (MSR) for work products and deliverables in the contractor's progress, status, and management report.Telework is supported at 50-60%. Travel is not required. Responsibilities and Duties Helps connect elements of job documents between software platforms. Sets up workflows and interfaces between software platforms. Begins transition of the program to Artificial Intelligence (AI). Qualifications and Skills Required knowledge and years of experience Must have at least four (4) years of experience.Must have at least twelve (12) months of experience with US Navy Command, C4I systems architecture, installation, integration, and testing. Must have at least twelve (12) months experience with Fleet Modernization process stakeholders and organizational relationships. Must have at least twelve (12) months of experience reviewing Ship Installation Drawings (SIDs). Must have at least twelve (12) months of experience with MS Office Products and other software such as Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, and CAD programs. Must have at least twelve (12) months of experience reviewing and developing technical correspondence, reports, documents, drawings, and/or analyses. Must have at least twelve (12) months of experience supporting project management teams. Must have at least twelve (12) months of experience with independently understanding and effectively communicating technical aspects of tasks.
