Technical Support:

Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions.

Generate reports related to customer inquiries, feedback, and common issues.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to update customer information.

Communication and Relationship Building:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering customer loyalty.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to communicate promotions, new products, and updates to customers.

Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvements.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and consistent customer service.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the biotech or life sciences industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand biotech products.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and Microsoft Office suite.
