What You'll Do

Repair building structures, fixtures, and furniture.

Renovate facilities, including walls, doors windows, flooring, etc.

Assists in packing, moving, and reconfiguring the facility, including office and manufacturing areas.

Escort and assist outside vendors in the performance of their contractual obligations.

Maintain work records.

Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials

Respond to alarm or trouble calls as required.

Perform and document routine maintenance actions

Perform and document assigned workorder requests

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

Prior experience in a Facilities role

Prior Trades experience

Troubleshooting experience

The base pay for this position is $21.55 – $43.15 per hour.
