The position involves developing and validating the financial forecasts utilizing excel models, Tableau, and ad-hoc reporting. This role requires strong partnership with business leaders. Day to day tasks include:
Budget and perform variance analysis on financial forecasts (actual vs budget, etc.).
Analyze function performance by assessing key business metrics and drivers of financial performance.
Build, improve, and maintain complex financial models.
Build, maintain, and publish Tableau dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft consistent reporting and messaging.
Present financial results to senior leadership.
Ad hoc analysis to provide decision support for key business initiatives and special projects.
A successful candidate will possess strong initiative, outstanding analytical and communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to manage various projects and deliverables.Position is strongly team-oriented and involves interactions with several finance and operation functions. Great opportunity in a high visibility role to provide analysis to management while partnering with other finance and business organizations across the Company.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Preferred Qua lifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. 7+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience. 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above). 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization. 2+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.Although this role has some expected minor physical activity, this should not deter otherwise qualified applicants from applying.
