Front Desk Coordinator

Description We are a vibrant and growing organization that values teamwork, integrity, and excellence. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. The Front Desk Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and possess excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner

Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms, and stationery) are readily available

Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies inventory

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Provide accurate information and assistance to clients and visitors in person, by phone, and via email

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Customer service-oriented attitude
