Selects and administers the appropriate care, taking into consideration the age, developmental level and size of the patient. Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health, healing and quality of life. Able to identify own limitations and seeks resources, as needed. Acts as role model and resource person providing clinical leadership to other staff members and ensures quality clinical practices, skills, and developmentally appropriate activities for the residents.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma1 year of experienceCurrent California RN licenseBLS for Healthcare Providers, issued by AHAPEARS or PALS within 6 months of hirePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing2 years of experienceProfessional nursing certificationMinimum one year of supervisory experienceExperience working with ventilator-dependent children and children with developmental disabilitiesThe current salary range for this position is $44.37 to $71.17A candidate’s placement in the range will be determined based on the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Qualifications Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state Possess and maintain CPR certification Previous experience in home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience, preferred Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
