So if you’re open to change, go ahead and unlock your potential.Scripps Clinic Rancho Bernardo Ambulatory Surgery Center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care specializing in orthopedic surgery, gynecologic procedures, eye procedures, pain management, urology, ENT, plastic surgery, GI and podiatry.We invite you to join our PACU recovery team where we see up to 40 cases per day. Within this role your function will be both Pre-Op and PACU providing exceptional patient care.
Manage pre-op admissions and all surgery prep functions
PACU recovery of patients through discharge.
Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
This position is Full Time status with variable days M-F, 8 hour Day shift position (4 shifts per week) and 64 hours per pay period.No weekends, No holidaysLocated in Rancho Bernardo.This position is eligible for New Hire Incentive up to $11K ( $8K retention and $3K relocation)The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met :
Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
Must remain in original department/specialty
Must remain in original Job Title
Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Required
One (1) year of RN outpatient experience within an Ambulatory Surgery Center or prior ICU experience.
California Registered Nurse License
Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association
Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in nursing
2 or more years in an ASC
