General Surgery, GI, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Sports Medicine, and total joints down the line. Within this role as a PACU RN, you will:Within this role as a PACU RN, you will:
Provide direct patient care within the scope of your practice.
Assessment, planning, and implementing a plan of care
Manage associated paperwork; chart prep, order entry, prior authorizations, and medication refills as well as extensive phone communication
Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
.Required Certification/Registration:
Current CA RN license
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certificate and ACLS certificate
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
Minimum 1 year RN experience
1-3 years experience in PreOp/ PACU setting
3-5 years ICU/ER experience
