Just A Description?We are in search of a Sales Development Representative for our subsidiary company, Grow Team, based out of San Diego. This person will be responsible for outbound prospecting. The ideal person for this position should have experience in the sales field and is comfortable with an outbound role.Grow Team?The Grow Team is a collective group of executives that analyze the needs of a business and then recommend vendors able to meet those needs. They manage the process of selecting and working with a service provider from beginning to end, including determining outsourcing availability, handling negotiations, administering contracts, and evaluating performance and ROI through the duration of a partnership.Boostability fulfills many of the SEO leads Grow Team acquires through their platform.What You?ll Be Doing
Start the conversation with prospective leads by walking through the early stages of the sale
Move leads through the pipeline onto the next level
Setting up sales qualified appointments
Calling prospective leads and qualify which leads to pursue
Understand our company's service in order to communicate it effectively
Build relationships with prospective clients
Gather information about the client
Provide prospective clients with further knowledge about our products and services we offer to build value and benefit to their business
What You?ll Need to Succeed
1+ years of experience with over-the-phone customer service or sales
Experience with door-to-door sales or cold calling
Excellent communication skills ? verbal and written
Ability to take direction
Ability to meet quotas and overcome objections and roadblocks
Ability to manage repetitive tasks
A passion for sales
Grit and a winning-focused attitude
Ability to be coached and to accept and act on feedback
Compensation: $40k+ DOESchedule: ?Monday - Friday from 7am to 4pm
This full-time position is eligible for benefits including; Health, Dental, Vision & 401k
Regular and predictable attendance is required
