Description About the Company:Our client, a leading technology company in San Diego, is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their C-suite executives. This is a HYBRID role, primarily remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while supporting the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders.Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and other C-suite executives.

Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle high-volume email correspondence, prioritizing critical tasks and responses.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels.

Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and other essential documents for executive meetings.

Coordinate and plan corporate events, meetings, and team functions.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.

Ensure executives are prepared for meetings by compiling relevant materials and briefing documents.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with demonstrated experience supporting C-suite executives.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Ability to anticipate the needs of executives and proactively solve problems.

Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work.

Experience in the technology sector is preferred but not required.
