We are seeking a skilled and experienced sous chef with catering experience to join our team to wow us with your amazing skills for both breakfast and lunch events. This position will be the catering sous chef and be responsible for executing all catering events.
Must have a good palate, be able create quality dishes, and willingness to hop in and help where ever is needed; grill, prep for specials or restocking, all with a positive attitude. Seeking a team player, someone that can work clean, safe and follow excellent quality assurance.
Kitchen expectations:
- Showing up every day, on time
- Stay busy all shift
- Produce quality food
$25 per hour, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, weekends and all major holidays off.
Corporate dining, located in Kearny Mesa.
