Come join a dynamic residential General Contracting company seeking a reliable, self-starter to join our team as a Design Assistant/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our busy residential construction office. Your responsibilities will encompass administrative tasks, light bookkeeping, order follow up, delivery schedule coordination, and other tasks assisting our In-House Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive attitude especially when communicating with clients.
Deliver materials to jobsite.
Filing in jobsite and office binders.
Process and track invoices, payments, and expenses.
Maintain financial transactions with trades.
Assist with finish fixture ordering and scheduling.
Assist with trade scheduling/coordination.
Qualification Skills:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail; deadline-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Self-driven and able to work effectively within a team environment.
Education and Experience:
Proven experience (3+ years) in an office environment.
Salary:
Salary will be determined based on qualifying experience.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday.
Must have reliable transportation and current car insurance.
