Flight Suits dba Gibson Barnes manufactures flight and safety apparel, helmets, and communication devices, serving air EMS, law enforcement, military, and other aviation industries.
Seeking FT/M-F 7-4:00pm Invoice Clerk to create computer invoices from sales orders and credit forms issued by sales department. Will train.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – other duties may be assigned
Creates computer invoices from sales orders and credit forms
Processes credit cards
Prepares shipping documentation
Prints and assembles invoice files, filing invoices and distributing back-orders
QUALIFICATIONS
1. HS diploma or equivalent required, plus (1) year office experience preferred with high degree of focus, accuracy and organization to produce high quality work throughout day
2. Handles sensitive financial information with good business judgement to ensure/maintain security of information
3. Effective interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening skills
4. Demonstrates strong initiative and follow-through with ability to work both independently and as team member
5. Ability to accept constructive feedback
6. Proficiency operating general office equipment and computer, utilizing MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting software required; ability to type and use 10-key punch required
7. Excellent attendance and punctuality a must
COMPENSATION
$20 per hour; benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K+match, paid vacation/sick/holidays)
