Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a part time Sales Assistant based in Santa Barbara, California. The role involves handling sales leads, making sales calls, and managing customer data on EMR software.Responsibilities: Handle incoming sales leads, which may vary in volume daily Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote our cosmetic products Process customer payments swiftly and accurately Use EMR software to manage customer data and sales processes Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products and services Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Utilize a variety of sales skills including CRM, Data Processing, Cold Calling, and Online Sales Generate new leads through various sales activities Be responsible for Healthcare and Medical Sales as part of the role's sales activity Answer inbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and meeting sales objectives.Requirements Proficiency in CRM systems to manage customer relationships effectively Experience in data processing to handle and analyze sales data Ability to answer inbound calls professionally and promptly Prior experience in healthcare sales, demonstrating the ability to understand and sell complex products Experience in medical sales, indicating familiarity with the medical industry and its unique sales environment Proficiency in online sales, including the use of digital platforms and e-commerce tools Demonstrated skills in sales activity planning and execution Experience in making sales calls to potential customers, exhibiting strong communication skills Ability to perform cold calling to generate new leads Proven track record in lead generation to drive sales growth Knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records), indicating an understanding of medical record systems and their role in sales.
