The Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This is a full-time, salaried position for a hands-on chef who is passionate about food, hospitality, and mentorship. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and values both precision and creativity.
Responsibilities Include:
Leading by example during service — managing the line with focus and consistency
Overseeing prep, quality control, and daily operations
Assisting with menu development and specials
Training and mentoring kitchen staff
Managing ordering and inventory
Collaborating with the Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, and Front of House team to ensure seamless service
Qualifications:
3–5 years of kitchen leadership experience in high-quality, ingredient-driven restaurants
Strong cooking and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teaching abilities
Positive attitude and eagerness to grow with our team
Compensation & Benefits:
Full-time, exempt position (45–50 hours/week)
Salary: approximately $70,000/year
