Construction Administrator

2 years of Construction experience including billing and scheduling

2 years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience

Experience using: QuickBooks Desktop Contractor's Edition, MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word, andTSheets, both timekeeping and scheduling

Requires use of calendar system to prioritize and complete competing tasks

Answers and direct all incoming calls

Receives and disburses incoming mail

Processes, pays and files all Accounts Payables

Enters all expenditures daily

Maintains and completes weekly client billing accurately and on time

Follows up on Accounts Receivables securing timely payment from clients

Prepares and records deposits

Maintains office filing systems

Manages collection and recording of all required subcontractor documents

Implements procedure changes and/or business decisions made by ownership

Manages multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

Communicates frequently and effectively with owner and staff

Completes additional responsibilities and projects as needed

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
