Operations / E-Commerce / Wholesale
We are looking for a person to work Monday-Friday (or some variation of those days) in our small e-commerce company based in downtown Santa Barbara.
Experience:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Office programs, Mac proficient
Experience with Shopify, UPS, Fed Ex shipping
Ability to multitask
Comfortable communicating with clients via email and phone
Duties:
Wholesale support - client communication
Warehouse - e-commerce fulfillment
Inventory management and shipping coordination
Data entry and general office help in all areas
Ability to pitch in and wear many hats
Position is 20-25 hours per week
This position is in-person and located in downtown Santa Barbara.
