We’re hiring an experienced Uber Black driver to operate a like-new company-provided Black XL qualifying vehicle. Day or night shifts available within platform limits.
Compensation
50/50 split of gross fares on-platform
Tips: 100% to you
Weekly pay: busier weeks can pay more depending on availability and performance
Minimum Requirements
Active Uber Black driver account in good standing
Clean MVR: no at-fault accidents or major moving violations in the last 5 years
Exclusivity
This is not a lease. Driver must work exclusively with our company while using the vehicle.
Verification
Share social media (LinkedIn or professional handle) for identity/experience verification
Consent to standard background/MVR checks (and drug/alcohol testing)
Growth Path
After a successful tenure (performance, reliability, client feedback, and policy compliance), drivers become eligible to serve the company’s private clients (higher-value rides, pre-scheduled bookings, and concierge work).
