We’re looking for a Senior Director, Compensation Partners to lead and elevate our global compensation strategy in a dynamic, high-growth SaaS environment. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping compensation philosophies, programs, and frameworks that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while supporting our mission and growth trajectory. You will oversee a team of compensation business partners, ensuring alignment across business units and providing data-driven insights to influence executive decision-making.What You’ll Do:Strategic Leadership & AdvisoryServe as a trusted advisor to executives and HR business partners on compensation strategy and approach to support talent and business priorities.Client/Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership)Present recommendations, insights, and analyses in a clear and persuasive manner to non-technical audiences.Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and drive compensation programs and ensure alignment with broader HR initiatives.Market Analysis Use data analytics to inform decision-making and assess the effectiveness of compensation programs.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and mentor a team of compensation business partners.Provide guidance on technical and analytical aspects of compensation work.Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous learning.Project ManagementOversee complex compensation projectsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.Coordinate across multiple business units or client teams for seamless execution
