Looking to hire part-time contract work (less than 20 hours month) to assist a one person company-real estate investor.
Weekly/Monthly Tasks - hourly figures vary monthly +/-
1.) Pickup & Record rents monthly in Propertyware.com(3hours)
2.) prepare deposit slips for bank (2hours)
3.) inform of late rentpayments. (1 hour)
4.) Print statements.(1 hour)
5.) Reconcile Bank accounts(2hours)
6.) Quarterly reports (2 hours)
7.) Prepare & amp; relay financial information to CPA for year end tax preparation.
(2 hours)
8.) Prepare and provide financial information to lenders and insurance certification requests when needed. (2hours).
Propertyware.com is where all the tenant information has been stored for at least ten years and it is essential bookkeeper continues to preserve, use and add to that data. There is a very simple tutorial to get acquainted with the software.
Responsibilities include:
Utilizing existing property management software Propertyware.com
Ability to reconcile multiple bank accounts.
Input tenant rent payments and prepare bank deposits.
Adjust over or under payments in tenant registers.
Prepare checks for vendor payments.
Prepare year end and mid year (if necessary) financial statements for multiple companies and properties.
Prepare adjusting GL entries as necessary.
Familiarity with Real estate, rent control and rental laws helpful, not necessary.
