An established San Francisco public works contractor requires an EXPERIENCED individual for managing union payroll. The ideal person will have extensive experience (5 years or more) in preparing, managing and reporting union payroll. This person must be familiar with all aspects of Certified Payroll – Elations, LCP Tracker, DIR, etc. Must also have knowledge of prevailing wage, monthly union reporting, workers’ comp, OCIP reporting, and work comp audits. Prefer experience with SAGE 100 accounting system but will consider experience with other programs.
This is a full time position. This person will work under the supervision of the office/payroll manager.
