We are looking for an experienced office lead - Project Manager to help create a collaborative cultured

Job Requirements

What we ask of a candidate:

An obsession with details, organization skills and creating an elevated client experience.

Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and colleague.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Demonstrated skill set in project management.

Excellent computer skills (including but not limited to Excel, Word, Adobe, Google Calendar,

Google Drive, Dropbox, and Quickbooks is a strong must).

Honorable, self-starter, quick learner, team player - brand ambassador.

Minimum of two years experience in a professional office environment - customer service role.

More experience is welcomed.

Run the day-to-day operations of an office - showroom to include:

Vendor file upkeep and ordering of supplies.

Scheduling the installation team of 3 and making sure they are on schedule with all the

information they require.

Project management, overseeing deatils of a project and make sure all pieces of the puzzle are onsite or completed before the install date. This will include reviewing celint PO's and reaching out to vendors for completion dates.

Identify opportunities to enhance our brand and place of business.

A Social media management opportunity for a team member with a professional track record could mature.

Participate in ongoing product/technology training, as well as facilitate weekly - biweekly team

meetings.

Able to commit to a weekday schedule M-F between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
