Job Title: AM Food Hall Server

Job Summary
The Food Hall Server is responsible for taking orders and serving food to guests. Duties include taking food and drink orders, entering them into the POS system, ensuring that tables are served properly and collecting payments. In addition, servers will complete side work and projects assigned by management. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and must adapt to the demands of the work environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive attitude.
Enter orders into POS systems.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner.
Knowledge of the menu, with ability to make suggestions.
Check back with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Collect payments from tables.
Complete side works and other projects assigned by management.
Run food to tables and assist wherever needed.

Prerequisite for employment:
Valid California ServSafe Food Handler Card
Valid Responsible Beverage Service Certification
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear.
Frequently, it is required to use hands and arms to reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and be able to work in a sitting position for long periods of time.
