Assistant Manager - Experienced Lead Server

We are seeking an experienced lead server to manage floor as Assistant Manager bar service for a casual dining family restaurant in Santa Rosa. This is up to 4 days a week potential to go full time with the right match.
Looking for a fun go getter who seeks opportunity and loves change. An enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced individual who creates a fun experience. This person will not only help run FOH but help grow into and facilitate and organize more events for our community.
Responsibilities:
-Run pre-shifts and give breaks
-Create team incentives and vibe for upbeat fun experience
-Manage the customer experience during service
-Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
-Proactively plan shifts

Requirements:
-Knowledge of cash handling, tip allocation, and team building
