Requirements
Must have an exceptional palate with a passion for creating delicious food
Knowledge of plant forward cuisine and latest food trends
Minimum 3 years industry experience and 2 years management experience
Passion for hospitality and excellence in service
Servesafe manager certified (willing to pay for certification for the right individual)
Good communication and collaborative attitude
Knowledge of scheduling, menu costing and financials
Open availability for work, may include some weekends, evening and nights
Computer skills (Microsoft suite)
Lift over 50 lbs
Big plus if:
Has extensive knowledge of plant forward cuisine
Speaks multiple languages, Spanish is a plus plus
