Los Gatos Parkside is a new Farm to Table restaurant in historic downtown Los Gatos. This represents an expansion of Danville Harvest into the South Bay market. Casual full-service restaurant featuring craft cocktails and extensive spirit program.
Chef Noe Briseno and our team bring their passion for sustainably sourced ingredients to create an approachable menu showcasing the seasonal bounties of the Bay Area. We pride ourselves on using fresh, organic & locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of experience working with & leading successful culinary teams with fine dining exposure.
-Proven ability to identify and hire talent and inspire team members while adhering to established standards and procedures.
-A proactive approach to analyzing and mitigating risks, seeking effective solutions in collaboration with others
-A results-driven mindset with a continuous focus on enhancing efficiency and guest satisfaction.
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
-MUST BE BILINGUAL, Spanish & English.
-Team player with enthusiastic outlook and creative mind
-Maintain proper food certifications specific to State Laws
OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
-Please have solid references and a history of achievement in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Your schedule will be Wednesday-Sunday, non-negotiable.
Salary plus benefits, negotiable based on experience and skills.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
