Part-time Overnight Host
Must be able to work two-three 11pm-7am shifts per week.
CREATE A DELIGHTFUL GUEST EXPERIENCE at the new luxury boutique hotel, "The Stavrand Russian River Valley"
Summary:
The Overnight Host will handle some typical front desk administrative functions related to guest check-in, check-out, billing, and phone operations, while NEVER making the guest experience feel transactional. They will exude warmth and delight in assisting guests. In the quite of the night while everyone is asleep, the overnight host will assist with light cleaning, setting tables for breakfast service and keeping watch of the property.
Skills and qualifications:
· First and foremost, a natural and exemplary service mindset – a desire to wow guests and make positive memories our guests will treasure for a long time
· Previous customer service, hospitality and / or retail experience
· Comfort with honing and then applying decision-making skills, applying empowerment to ensure optimal experiences for our guests and avoid those “let me ask the manager to get back to you” moments
· A personal passion for delighting with care and creativity, and solving problems
· Multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written (including by telephone)
·Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision; proactive
· Interpersonal awareness, relationship management, and intuition skills
· Strong organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail and consistent
follow-through
· Flexible scheduling preferred
· Ability to speak more than one language preferred
· Familiarity with local area and attractions preferred
· Ability to complete physical duties of the job, including but not limited to: sit or stand for extended periods of time; push/pull at least 100 lbs. and lift at least 50 lbs.
· Legally authorized to work in the United States
· Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to complete a set of tasks that may change daily

Schedule & hours per week: As noted above, there is pretty much no such thing as a “set schedule” in hospitality, so we request your flexibility and willingness to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays. That being said, we will always endeavor to optimize the schedule to best suit the needs of the team.
This position requires the availability to work 11pm-7am
