Fluent English/Spanish bilingual skills are required for this opportunity.
Starting salary up to $43.35/hour, plus an additional $1.50/hour fluent bilingual premium, and a competitive total compensation package!
Working closely with the EDB's Business Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager, this bilingual position will be a member of the Business Services Division, and will be responsible for:
Organizing and coordinating meetings with Sonoma County leaders from the public and private sectors
Engaging with community members and providing access to business resources to foster entrepreneurial growth, especially among underserved populations
Developing and delivering public presentations to local stakeholders or organizations to increase awareness of the services offered by the EDB
Coordinating and participating in external event tabling opportunities
Maintaining and tracking program outcomes using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Assisting department staff in the design and execution of department-wide projects and programs, such as events, outreach, and communications
